summary

A social ad so fun the MD wanted it on TV. The video grabbed attention from the start, delivering a 20% lift in watch time compared to LNER’s usual summer campaigns. Internally, it was praised as “worthy of TV” and sparked calls for a bigger roll-out. More importantly, it opened the door for LNER to explore a bolder, more playful approach to social-first content.
